As part of this fundamental obligation, VISTA DANCE GP is committed to the appropriate protection and use of personal information/data (sometimes referred to as “personally identifiable information”) collected either electronically or in the services it provides, or through communications/partnerships with any third party. 

VISTA DANCE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we” or “us”), located in Thessaloniki, (Al. Papanastasiou 158, P.A. 54249), determines and discloses the terms under which, acting as the “Data Controller” as defined by law, it collects, stores, uses and generally processes your personal data, which it collects when you visit, register or use the web shop (hereinafter the “e-shop” or the “website”).

This Privacy Policy also describes how we use, share and protect your personal data, the choices you have regarding your personal data, and how you can contact us. This Privacy Policy complies with the terms under Regulation (EU) 679/2016 and any other relevant applicable legislation.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE

We may collect personal information about you when you register or subscribe to one of our services, when you place an order, purchase a gift voucher, interact with us in any other way, such as through social media, comment on any products or articles featured on our services, participate in competitions or special offers, subscribe to our special offers or other updates and our newsletter. You must provide separate and explicit consent in order for us to be able to process your personal data for any of the aforementioned actions by selecting the box indicated on our website.

The information we collect and maintain about you may include your name, email address, phone and mobile phone numbers, home address, shipping address, billing address, IP address, search criteria, purchase history, sizes, your survey responses, type of browser you use (a browser is the program you use to view websites, such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari), times you access the site and how long you use the site.

For the purposes of paying for your order you will be asked to provide certain payment details (credit/debit/Paypal). In order for us to keep your payment details secure, payment for an order can be made by credit/debit/prepaid card via the SSL Security and Technology Protocol or your Paypal account. By submitting your credit/debit/prepaid card details, you warrant that you are the legal owner of the card you are using to make a purchase from the online store or that you have been specifically authorised to use it by the credit/debit/prepaid cardholder. If you are not the legal holder of the card you use to make a purchase from the online store, our business is not liable to the legal holder of the card that has been used. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, we take reasonable care, to the extent it is within our power to do so, to keep your order details secure, but in the absence of negligence on your part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

In addition, we collect information that is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by its nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or computer domain names used by users logging on to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, request time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistics on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of alleged computer crimes against the website: apart from this possibility, for the time being, data concerning internet contacts are not kept for more than five (5) years, unless legal reasons indicate different time periods.

HOW WE PROCESS AND STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The information we collect directly from you, including, but not limited to, how you use the services provided and how you connect to those services, is stored on secure third-party servers that provide data hosting services to us under our control or on our computers to protect the data. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that allows you to access certain parts of the Services provided, you are solely responsible for maintaining that secret password. HOW LONG WE CAN KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal information will be kept until it is deleted and for a maximum period of five (5) years unless applicable law requires or allows a longer period. The retention period of your personal information is always in accordance with domestic legislation. Upon your written request, by sending an e-mail to info@lexa.gr, we will delete or destroy any of the personal information you have provided to us. But please note: (1) there may be some delay in deleting this information from our servers and backup storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Please note that we follow a data minimization principle and therefore we request, process and store the minimum amount of personal data possible in order to provide our services seamlessly.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS

Each Customer has the following rights at all times:

  1. The right of access in order to be informed which data is processed by the eshop and for what purpose.
  2. The right to rectification in order to correct errors, inaccuracies and omissions in your data.
  3. The right to erasure in order, under the conditions of the GDPR, to have your data deleted from our records.
  4. The right to restrict processing if the accuracy of the data is contested, if you have exercised your right to object and the decision is pending and if your data is no longer necessary for the original purpose but for legal reasons cannot yet be deleted.
  5. The right to portability in order to receive your data in electronic form and transmit it to a third party.
  6. The right to object to the processing of your personal data by withdrawing – if consent was required – your consent, without this withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing for the period of time that has elapsed before the withdrawal of consent
PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS

VISTA DANCE (LEXA) and its websites are addressed to persons who have reached the age of eighteen (18) years. If underage users voluntarily visit our websites, we are not responsible for them. In the event that during data collection it becomes apparent that the user is under the age of majority, VISTA DANCE (LEXA) will not process his/her personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take the necessary steps.

RIGHT TO AMEND THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to unilaterally, at our sole discretion and at any time to modify this privacy policy to comply with any legal or regulatory obligations. We will inform you of any significant change or changes to the purpose of processing or the inclusion of new processing purposes in this policy.

The protection of personal data is important. We will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data. Please remember that you are the owners of the data.
