General conditions
The e-shop of LEXA (hereinafter referred to as “e-shop”) is the e-shop of VISTA DANCE GP, accessible to all internet users.
The e-shop offers for sale clothes, shoes and dance accessories (hereinafter referred to as products) for all internet users (hereinafter referred to as users) who browse it and wish to be immediately informed of the products offered in combination with the possibility of making purchases, always subject to the sufficiency of its stocks.
Users/buyers must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal status and legal capacity. The products are intended for the personal use of the purchaser only.
The present terms are fully compatible with the applicable European and Greek law, while users acknowledge the company’s right to change the provisions of the present terms, insofar as they do not concern legally binding obligations and without affecting final situations.
The user of the website acknowledges that he/she has read these terms, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.

Purpose
The purpose of the Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, solely and exclusively with respect to the transaction between them on the Internet.
The terms of use apply at all stages necessary for the user to carry out the order and receive confirmation thereof, as agreed between the parties.
These terms are the only document governing the relationship between the parties, superseding and replacing any other document.
Delivery time
The time of delivery of the order to the customer is defined according to the availability of the products and is the one indicated in the order confirmation. Buyers can track their products using the unique delivery number, which will be provided in an email.
LEXA reserves the above delivery time of the goods in cases of force majeure. Therefore, in the event of a delay in the delivery of the order due to force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions or strikes, LEXA shall not be in default.
Products
The delivery of products purchased through the e-shop is made throughout Greece and abroad in specific ways per region or volume of product that the customer can choose.
The products of the e-shop are sold until stocks are exhausted. The LEXA e-shop cannot guarantee the availability of the products, but guarantees the timely notification of the end consumers of their unavailability. The photos of the products are indicative and the colours in which they appear may show deviations due to different screen types and resolution.
Limitation of liability
LEXA offers for sale the products of the e-shop in accordance with these terms of use and the applicable legislation. LEXA shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may be caused to customers and/or users of the e-shop, other than the obligation to return and replace products as set out below.
LEXA is not liable for any form of damage (positive, special or consequential, which indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary compensation, etc.) suffered by the user of the e-shop or a third party from a cause related to the operation or use of the services, pages, services, services, options and contents of the e-shop and/or the inability to provide services and/or information available through it and/or any unauthorised interference by third parties with products and/or services and/or information available through it.
It is expressly agreed that the above causes include possible errors or omissions in the electronic entry of the information provided (prices, product characteristics, etc.), as well as errors, omissions or technical reasons of any nature, which affect or suspend for a reasonable period of time the operation of the e-shop and/or its services.
LEXA bears no responsibility in cases of defective operation of the e-shop or in general impossibility or defective provision of its services due to accidental events or reasons of force majeure or reasons caused by the fault of other entities.
LEXA reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the e-shop and the information and/or services provided through it, as well as to change the ways of searching the information, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
LEXA takes all appropriate measures to ensure that access to the e-shop and its services is, as far as possible, continuous and uninterrupted. However, it reserves the reasonable right to interrupt the operation of the e-shop and/or the individual services for the purpose of carrying out system maintenance work without prior notice to the user.
User responsibility
The use of the e-shop must be used exclusively for legitimate purposes and in a way that does not restrict or prevent its use by third parties. The visitor is obliged to use the e-shop in accordance with the law, morality and these terms, and not to perform any acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction to it, affect or endanger the provision of services by LEXA.
The visitor/user of the e-shop assumes responsibility for any damage caused to LEXA by bad, illegal or illegitimate use of the relevant services.
Protection of personal data
The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of the e-shop is governed by the terms of this section, LEXA’s privacy policy and the relevant provisions of the applicable legislation.
LEXA reserves the right to change the terms of protection of personal data after informing visitors/users and in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
Upon registration of a customer/user to the services of the e-shop (product orders, newsletters, etc.), it is possible to request the submission of certain personal data (name, address, TIN, etc.).
LEXA preserves the personal nature of its users’ data and does not transfer them to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason, with the exception of the relevant provisions of the law and only to the competent authorities, upon their legitimate request.
LEXA keeps records with this information exclusively for communication, statistical, legal and improvement of its services. In particular, these data are used for LEXA in order to:
- Handle the communication with the customer/user,
- Fulfil of the terms and obligations of the services provided through the e-shop,
- Support and service of customers/users,
- Ensure the smooth operation of the e-shop and
- Inform customers/users about new offers of LEXA services and products.
- Legally support of LEXA’s legitimate interests before judicial or other authorities
In any case, the customer/user of the e-shop has the right to contact the competent department of LEXA at +302310320321 in order to request the deletion, correction or change of any personal data retained.
Under no circumstances do we collect and store information from the transaction via credit, debit and prepaid cards.
Credit, debit and prepaid card transactions are made directly with the respective operator (Pay Pal, Eurobank) etc.
Submission of an order
Orders are received by the e-shop by filling in and sending the relevant Order Form.
The prices of the products include VAT.
LEXA reserves the right to change prices without notice without affecting the prices of orders already registered.
When submitting the order, the customer is given the opportunity to choose whether the document issued for the order will be a retail receipt or a sales invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers if they fill in the following details when placing their order: Company name, TIN, Tax Office, Headquarters and delivery address and profession. Any changes to the invoicing data can be made until the delivery date is finalised by the dispatch department.
Right of withdrawal
Each customer of the e-shop has the right, in accordance with the applicable legislation, to withdraw from the sale without justification, by completing a relevant withdrawal form, which he/she is obliged to notify LEXA by e-mail at info@lexa.gr and return the product purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return costs shall be borne by the customer.
In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging in the condition in which it was delivered, complete, undamaged (both the product and the packaging) and unused.
It is also required to be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or purchase invoice. Prior to any return, the customer must contact info@lexa.gr in order to receive the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to set the time of receipt of the product.
Refund of the purchase price is made in the same way that payment for the purchase is made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the product in the aforementioned condition.
Please note that :
No changes or refunds will be made to promotional products and previous season products.
In swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons) no changes are accepted, nor refund.
Applicable law & other terms
If any provision of the above terms becomes contrary to the law, it shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.
Any waiver, granting of a time limit or failure to enforce one or more of these Terms by LEXA shall not be construed as a waiver, whether temporary or permanent, partial or total, of any right or claim arising thereunder or at law.
This Agreement shall be governed by European and Greek Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
