Our Rent a Dress service allows dancers to access high quality costumes, for competitions and events without the need for full purchase.
By renting from us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review our rental policy carefully:
1. Eligibility
• Rentals are available to individuals, teams and dance studios.
• Renters must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian sign on their behalf.
• A valid ID and signed rental agreement is required.
2. Reservation & Payment
• Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
• A security deposit is mandatory and refundable upon safe return of the costume.
3. Rental Duration & Fees
• Standard rental period: 3–5 days.
• Each additional day will incur an extra charge of €10 per day.
4. Dress Condition, Care & Responsibility
Before the rental, both the client and the seller must inspect the dress to confirm its condition and note any existing marks or faults. After the rental period, the dress will be inspected again by the seller and the renter is responsible for any damage and stains.
• Minor damage or issues may incur additional fees ranging from €10 to €50, depending on the cost of repairs.
• If the dress is returned with significant damage that prevents it from being rented or sold, the full retail price will charged.
5. Late Returns
• If a rental dress is not returned within 30 days of the agreed return date, we reserve the right to proceed with appropriate legal measures to recover the item or its value.
6. Lost items
• Lost items: Charged at full retail value.
7. Pickup Only
• Rental dresses are available for pickup only from our store.
• Shipping is not available.
8. Use Restrictions
• The client agrees that the dancer will not use any tanning products or body sprays that may stain or damage the costume. The client also agrees that the dress will be used only by themselves and will not be lent, rented, or given to any third party.
9. Fittings & Alterations
• Fittings are recommended prior to rental to ensure proper sizing.
• Any alterations are strictly prohibited.
10. Cleaning Policy
• Dresses must be returned without washing or ironing. All cleaning and care will be handled by our company and are included in the rental price.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made:
• 3+ days prior: full refund.
• Less than 72 hours: Security deposit refund only
12. Social Media & Branding
• We may request photos/videos of the costume in use for promotional purposes.
• Renters are encouraged (but not required) to tag the brand when posting.
