Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Customers of the LEXA online store have the right to withdraw from their purchase, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, the customer must:

  1. Complete and submit a withdrawal form.
  2. Notify LEXA via email at info@lexa.gr within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
  3. Return the product in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging within the same 14-day period.

Important: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, wrong shipment, or damaged goods.

To ensure the return is accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original, unopened packaging
  • Be unused and undamaged, both the product and packaging
  • Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

How to Return an Item:
Before returning an item, please contact us at info@lexa.gr to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm the return process. We will also help you schedule the return shipping.

Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of receiving the returned item in the above-mentioned condition.

Damaged Goods or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to:

  • Return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • Choose between a refund (including the cost of the product and shipping) or a replacement product.

In cases of damaged or defective items, return shipping costs, as well as any replacement shipping, will be covered by LEXA.

Wrong Shipment

In the case of a wrong shipment (e.g., you receive an incorrect product), you may:

  • Return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • Choose between a refund (including the cost of the product and shipping) or a replacement product.

For wrong shipments, return shipping costs, as well as any shipping for the correct item, will be covered by LEXA.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Promotional Products, special offers, items with price reductions and Previous Season Items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Swimwear and Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Return Policy is governed by European and Greek law. Any disputes related to this policy will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thessaloniki, Greece.

If any part of this Return Policy becomes invalid or inconsistent with the law, that provision will be removed, but all other terms will remain valid and enforceable.
