Available Order Shipping Methods
At LEXA we are offering worldwide shipping to meet your needs. Below are the available shipping methods and details:
Shipping and handling
Orders are usually dispatched the next business day, with a 1-2 day handling time for larger orders. Orders placed on Fridays are dispatched the following Monday. We only ship Monday to Friday.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout once the destination is selected. Enjoy free shipping on orders over a certain amount (details below). For bulk orders, shipping fees are based on the parcel's weight.
Important Note: If there is a problem with delivery it is the responsibility of the customer to advise us within a specific timeframe. The problem must be brought to our attention within 1 months from the date the order was dispatched.
Back Orders
At LEXA, we do not process back orders. If an item is out of stock, it cannot be purchased.
Tax Charges and Customs
Orders shipped to Greece and other EU countries are subject to VAT (currently 24%). All prices on our website include VAT. For destinations outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping to Greece
Orders are shipped via ACS Courier.
- Delivery Time: 1-3 working days for major cities, 2-4 working days for islands and remote areas.
- Free shipping on orders over 60€.
International Shipping (EU)
- Delivery time is 3-10 working days, occasionally up to 14 days
- Free shipping on orders over 100€.
International Shipping (Non-EU)
- Delivery time is 7-14 working days, with some cases extending up to 30 days.
- Free shipping on orders over 100€.
